INTRODUCTION TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP RELATED TO INDUSTRY

Our “Introduction to entrepreneurship related to Industry” webinar was in collaboration between the IEEE IAS ENISo SBC and the IEEE Industry Applications Society – University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. We are so honored that The IEEE IAS Tunisia Section Chapter and the IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter will be also our partners. It was an opportunity to learn how entrepreneurs can balance entrepreneurial exploration in the industry.
Mr.Aymen Tmar, the chair of the IEEE IAS Tunisia Chapter, and Mrs.Chamani Madara Polgampola are the presenters of The IEEE IAS Tunisia Section Chapter and The IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter. They made an introduction to their chapters and presented their activities.
And finally, Mr.Amine Rekhis and Mr.Migara Amithodhana enlightened our precious IEEE members regarding the subject of entrepreneurship by sharing their experiences as entrepreneurs. They talked about the challenges that they have faced and how to overcome the different difficulties. They also encouraged our participants to have their own businesses, especially in the field of industry.
BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH IEEE IAS

The IEEE IAS ENISO Chapter in collaboration with the IEEE Tunisia Section organized a webinar “build your career with IEEE IAS” to introduce the IEEE IAS Chapter and its benefits to young people and professionals. Our webinar was dedicated to all IEEE members in Tunisia by inviting them by email where the link to the Facebook event page was indicated.
Our speakers helped our IEEE members to make good choices and steered them in the right direction. We started by introducing the IEEE IAS SBC by Mr.Aymen Tmar, the chair of the IEEE IAS Tunisia Chapter, who spoke about the opportunities offered by this chapter as well as its competitions, awards, and IAS chapters’ national and international events. He also reminded our participants of all digital resources to deepen their knowledge in the industry and new technologies. He also shared with us his experience with the IEEE and particularly with IEEE IAS SBC and his participation in the Annual Meeting in Texas (2015).
After that, Mr.Mezri Azaiez shared with us his experience with the IEEE IAS SBC since he also got a travel grant from IAS Chapter to attend the Annual Meeting in Portland (2016). He encouraged our IEEE members not only to attend this great event to expand their networking with other IEEE IAS members all over the world but also to have new experiences and pursue their dreams.
